Program mechanics

Relay is application-first. Approval does not guarantee every offer, and commission exists only after a valid customer payment or an explicitly eligible sales event.
Review
Relay records application state and history. An administrator reviews fit, conflicts, methods, and requested partner type before approving, rejecting, or asking for more information.
Activate
Approved partners sign in to a private portal, receive an immutable partner ID and human-friendly code, and see only eligible offers, rules, and resources.
Refer
Tracked links record first touch and the last legitimate qualified touch for 90 days. FBW business opportunities use accepted registration and a 180-day protection window after duplicate and conflict review.
Earn
A click or checkout start earns nothing. A legitimate paid transaction creates one idempotent provisional commission item. New collected revenue moves the monthly rate from 15% to 20% or 25%; active Consistent Contributors can reach 30% Elite. Each threshold applies to the full eligible month through an auditable true-up.
Get paid
Commissions move through pending or held, approved/payable, and paid. Launch payout timing is NET-30 after month end and applicable holds, normally with a $25 minimum. A created batch is not marked paid until payment evidence is recorded.
Monthly production tiers
More new production improves the rate on the whole month.
New commissionable collected revenue determines the tier. Existing residual payments still earn commission but do not move the tier meter. Three consecutive completed $1,000 months earn Consistent Contributor status, a 25% floor, Elite access, and longer residual eligibility.

- Use clear, nearby material-connection disclosures.
- Use approved descriptions, images, and claims.
- Submit accurate customer or lead information.
- Respect consent, anti-spam, privacy, and calling rules.
- Keep account access private and report suspicious activity.
Not allowed
- Self-referrals, duplicate claims, cookie stuffing, or fake activity.
- Unsupported earnings, outcome, medical, legal, or performance claims.
- False testimonials, impersonation, spam, unlawful texts, or robocalls.
- Unauthorized coupons, paid trademark bidding, or misleading domains.
- Recruiting other partners for downline commission—Relay has no MLM economics.
